When monsters appear under the bed, children will wake up to the sounds of tentacles sliding out from under them. They will immediately rise up from the bed and proceed to panic at the site of the monster. Naturally, they will run off to grab and adult to help rid the monster. Adult Sim seen spraying the monsters under the bedUntil a child befriends the monster, they will tend to be panicky and uneasy as they are scared of what is living under the bed.
The following moodlet is experienced during this time:Scared of the Monster Moodlet — This is an Uncomfortable Moodlet that will continuously last for an hour at a time so long as they are around the monster.
This moodlet appears prior to a Sim befriending the monster under the bed. Befriending the MonsterBrave children who want to attempt to make contact with the monster have several social options available to them.

I have done the Devinci lifetime wish but my Sim was registered as a sculptor - so I didn't know you could make Simbots as an inventor.
Even at level 10 in inventing I couldn't make a Simbot - apparently only registered inventors can. Hmm, I'm rambling - I've completed Divinci and the the Ghost hunter lifetime wish and neither gave me the option to make a monster. I have never done the Science career so have gotten her a job there as I've heard they can create hibrids is that right?

This gives you the ablility to invent SimBots. Create 3 of them to complete the Lifetime Wish "Monster Maker.
Life Fruit can be grown from Special Seeds. Reach level 9 in the gardening skill in order to plant them. The seeds can be found near the cemetary.
